📍 Shipping Locations

We currently ship nationwide in Brunei and internationally to selected countries. If you're unsure whether we ship to your area, please contact us before placing your order.

⏱ Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Orders placed after 3PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

🚚 Delivery Time Estimates

• Brunei: 1–3 business days
• International: 7–14 business days (depending on location & customs)

Note: Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to courier issues beyond our control.

💵 Shipping Rates

• Brunei: Flat rate of $3.00 BND
• Free shipping for Brunei orders over $50 BND
• International: Rates calculated at checkout

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email or SMS. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

⚠️ Shipping Delays

Alpas is not responsible for shipping delays due to:

• Incorrect or incomplete addresses
• Customs processing
• Courier service interruptions or weather events

🧾 Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or applicable fees charged by their country.
